Taylor Webster moved to Port Townsend after traveling and teaching English in South America for four years. She holds a Bachelors’s of Science in Mathematics and Education. Working as an Employment Specialist inspired her to start her organization, Cascade Community Connections to assist High School students with disabilities Transition from school to integrated paid jobs and make rich connections to Jefferson County. Taylor is a key member of the Community Inclusion for Everyone (CIE) program, helping organize community-based events for people with developmental disabilities. She was inspired by Olympic Neighbors’ mission to create family-like housing opportunities for people with special needs. As a board member for Olympic Neighbors, she brings a unique history of fundraising, social media marketing experience, and community involvement. Taylor is committed to helping people with disabilities lead meaningful lives and is grateful to be a part of such a caring community.
