The Walk Through COVID Walkathon ends Friday with Hamilton House in the lead, but it isn't over yet. Don't forget to sponsor a team or join your favorite team and log some miles.
Participants have reported an increase in their daily activity and a great motivation to get outside. Walking has been linked to reducing anxiety and improving sleep. So now more than ever is the perfect time to get out and get some fresh air!
