We have two days for getting deals – Black Friday and Cyber Monday.  On #GivingTuesday, we have a one day for giving back. Together, people are using this day to change the world.

If you are reading this you probably already support Olympic Neighbors. We know you give so this is a different kind of ask.  As a start up nonprofit pioneering the way for safe, affordable, inclusive and supportive housing for people with developmental disabilities in Jefferson County, we need your help. And, what better day to donate than on Giving Tuesday – the one day of the year dedicated to giving back.

Will you take the #GivingNeighbors challenge?

  • Challenge 1: Can you recruit a first time donor to Olympic Neighbors? They can give any amount that fits in their budget. Even $10 can make such a huge difference in the life of one of our clients.

  • Challenge 2 Do you have a couple hours a month that you can spare for a good cause? Sign up to volunteer to work fundraiser events, help with garden and maintenance at our home or to work directly with our clients. Volunteer Here

  • Challenge 3 Do you have an old piece of furniture, antique home goods or vintage jewelry sitting in your attic or basement? Donate it to Olympic Neighbors’ Charitable Consignment account (#750) at Cherry Blossom in Port Townsend. It’s so easy. Just bring your item to Cherry Blossom and tell them it’s for Olympic Neighbors!  For more details check out the Donate Stuff tab on the Donation page.

  • Challenge 4 Renew your support by making a donation today!
